Not an expert on these.
Could someone tell me if these are original WW2 paste back badges or if not what period or if fake please.

I think these look terrible and are not original imo. I think someone has added some glue to the back to make them appear to be glue backs....

Simon, these look suspicious indeed. At first, they reminded me a bit the Canadian made late 1945 variant but their design is too different.
