Quite likely a blazer badge - they come in numerous designs, a few in these colours

Thanks to Fougasse's link to this site in another thread posted today, it now seems that this might not be a blazer badge after all.

Number 17, whilst unidentified, clearly comes in a facing pair which would appear to rule my blazer badge theory out.

Any further information would be appreciated.
