Default Two unknowns, can you help, please.

1st, a medal with inscription 'FOR SERVICE AND SACRIFICE 1914-1918' and has the letters R I O in centre.

2nd, some kind of military mount, for a pouch perhaps ? looks Georgian/Victorian.

Regards
Nigel

Nigel, It could also be a piece of horse furniture similar to the one fixed to the horses chest at the front.

I would take the monogram to read IRC (International Red Cross) and the inscription would seem appropriate for that organisation.

Default IOR

The IOR badge is the Independent Order of Rechabites - a temperance organisation. Try a google search for more info.
