Default 1st Vb WELSH Regiment
c.1905, early twisted cord shoulder straps, cloth titles, sidecaps and also a slouch hat under the tent, lots of sticks

I can't see the cap badges to see whether they are collars or the full sized cap badge. Probably the former.

The slouch hat is a nice touch and portrays the post-Boer war fashion for them that only lasted a few years.

Alan, I have enlarged the area of cap badges but with no joy in assigning a type to the badge.
