Default Garrison Battalion KC

Hi..
I saw this badge set advertised in Canada. They want 5500$ for each cap badge and 3000$ for the set of collars... is this badge set really that RARE? Anyone seen these badges before? Thanks.. Len

These are the officers' cap and collar badges and they are rare. Whether they are worth that much is up to the collector to decide. They have been for sale off and on over a few years, which suggests a partial answer to the value question. In my opinion, the plastic one is harder to find than the officers. Tanya Ursual has a plastic one for sale at $2800. Arctic Medals has a plastic one for $4000, and a single officer's collar for $1500.
