Default Kindly assist with info

Hi all, I bought a British War Medal with "Pte. C. Crous 1st S.A.I." impressed on the bottom edge and I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to find the info on him.

Many thanks,
Jeff

Hi Jeff
Unfortunately we don't have an online archive to research items like this so you would have to get a researcher to go to the archive to pull his paperwork. There are a couple of guys who do it and if I can find an address I'll PM it to you.
Cheers,
Alex

Looking at a quick search on Crous, he may have been a POW at some point in Stalag 4D. Is there a service number on the medal?
