Default RN Commando insignia question?

Hi all, can anyone give a definitive answer to the following?

Prior to the introduction of the commando dagger on a tombstone badge, qualified RN Commando's wore a Commando shoulder title, I believe in White on navy blue? Would this title have been worn on No 2 rig with red on blue badges?

Additionally, Parachute trained ratings would have worn the basic para wing on the cuff, on the opposite cuff to the tombstone dagger, what colour wings would they have been? I've seen red on blue examples, but believe these were worn by Royal Marines before the introduction of Lovat dress, I can't see they would have been the standard khaki background issue type or the gold bullion variety, so anyone know what they would have looked like?

Tony

Had a chap in the mess on Danae who was ex TA para. He wore full wings, red on blue in No2s and bullion in No1s on the left cuff. This was 75 - 77.

With regard to the commando rockers, red on blue for 2s, bullion for 1s. White on blue were for the army green wooley pulley and presumably have existed for Royal Yachtsmen's No2s though I never saw any.
