Default Mystery civil Pilot/Air Crew wings badge

Anybody know this one? I got it in an antique store in Switzerland recently. It measures 3" wide with clutch pins on the back. Note "A" manufacturer's logo.

Thanks.

I'm no expert, but I think that it's a German Army (Bundeswehr) Activity Badge for staff in headquarters service?

I found a match on a german website here - plus a similar example on eBay.

I've very limited knowledge about this sort of thing though so more than happy to be corrected by someone that knows more than me.
