Default Do you recognise this badge?

I have, for a number of years, a badge, which is obviously 2WW construction. It has the letters WCP hand embroidered and stitched on to the bottom. Have you any idea what these stand for. All I can think is Warden Cinque Ports and maybe he had a long range torpedo unit which could sink German ships from Dover. But I think that is a bit far fetched.

Any ideas? Maybe you know the real answer.

See the illustration.

Can't help with the initials but there were numerous similar torpedo badges :

Star above letters 'CM' below - Wireman (Controlled Mining)
Star above letters 'CMS' below - Wireman (Observation Mining)
Star above letter 'J' below - Wireman (Cable Jointing)
Star above letter 'L' below - Wireman
Star above letters 'LC' below - Wireman (Landing Craft)
Star above letters 'MS' below - Wireman (Minesweeping)

CP could be command post ?

Many thanks. I am familiar with the other letters.
