Default Is this a silver royal Warwickshires badge?

Hey I saw this lovely badge on eBay and wondered is it military I don't know the owner I just say it with some jewellery

Yes, collar badge either for mess kit or the blue patrol jacket. Beautifully made, and to think there must be another one... (the lugs rule it out as jewellery for me).
