Default The "Rangers" 12th London cloth title query

In the 1963 issue of the Rifle Chronicle, theres an image of Lloyds Company London Rifle Brigade Rangers.
The soldiers are in battledress and are wearing a cloth title . I cant make out the wording ,does anybody know ?

Also on the same subject, ive seen "Rangers" in red on dark blue but also red on dark green.
I have 2 theories on this, but need some clarification.
1) The colour change occured when the Regiment was redesignated Rifle Brigade from KRRC.
2) The colour change occured when the Rangers became the London Rifle Brigade Rangers.
