O and R Ltd badge maker

came across an old sweetheart badge in my collection with maker mark O and R Ltd. Can anyone give me any info. on this company ?

Just a thought, but if this is a sweetheart badge, they may have registered silver maker's mark even if this badge isn't silver.

Try Google under "British silver maker's marks" or somesuch. You may or may not find their mark but chances are that you will see a listing.

Can you post a photo of the mark and I'll have look for you?

Many thanks for the advice - now found it.Owen and Robinson Ltd Chester, which ties in with the hallmark.
