Default Rifle Brigade- not sure of

I picked this up the other day.
Its Rifle Brigade but is it an Officers FSC badge or a sweetheart badge ?
35mm high × 27mm across
Broach pin fitting, but may have had lugs previously.
Marked "Sterling" with a makers mark "T.L.M" .

I know T.L.M. aka Thomas L Mott was a well known maker of silver and enamel sweetheart badges.

Hello Mike, looks sweetheart type to me, I've a few officers FSC with pin fitting and they differ to your one, could be wrong, have you a better picture of the rear ?

Sweetheart or more likely mufti badge to be worn on the lapel of a jacket in civilian clothes.

The RB did not wear usually collars but did wear a small badge on their FSC so if it was lugged then it's a conversion from an officers FSC badge.
