Default Australian Army Formation Patches from 1949

Many moons ago I received a poster highlighting Australian formation signs from 1949 on (picture attached). I thought it would be a good collecting project to try and put together a frame with all the patches shown so after many years, and a few small additions, attached is a photo of the finished frame that I'm quite pleased with. The photo is on an angle because it's reflective glass that I'll be changing to non-reflective shortly.

Good collecting

Paul

Thanks for positive comments Gents.

It was interesting collecting the various patches and reading the history behind each of the Units / Formations.

I think collecting is much more fun when you have a goal you're going for, and then finally getting there! One of our RAMC collectors really got me hooked on going for some of them just from his album! Again, a super work!!!

Agree Terry.

Having a collecting focus / goal makes the hobby more interesting and rewarding when the project is completed.
