Default RAAF/AFC Observer Wing

I believe these were still being worn into the early WW2 period, prior to the introduction of the half wing brevet. Looks to be British made. Not sure if these were made to be padded or sewn flat. This wing has not been used or sewn to a uniform. This example popped up in a group purchased recently.
