does anyone have any pics of royal navy personel wearing army battledress other than commando,s ? Especialy DEMS, sigs ect

Hi there, try looking at the thread 2 clicks down from this one: Royal Navy Titles, has a picture of a naval rating in battledress who is not a commando,

Interesting point on DEMS gunners as I dont think the RN gunners ever wore battledress just standard naval rating dress (No 3s square rig and working coverals) as far as I know only the army gunners of the Royal Artillery Maritime Artillery Regiment wore battledress! (unless there is provenance that the RN did also?)

There are some good threads on here on both Army and RN DEMS.

I do have a war aid battle dress with early ROYAL NAVY painted titles on as in the pic on your thread.
