Default Sword or Dagger hanger

Does any one recognise these sword or dagger hangers marked Reg No 115751

I have no idea as to who ore which country these hail from possibly Naval from their construction

They look like horse furniture to me rather than off a weapon?

I had not thought of that but they appear to fine for that had a Pm suggesting Masonic hangers ?

There may be no image but read the item description. The Registered Design number is identical.

Pelham-type bit with a fluted mouth bar, a rod running through a hole pierced at each end. A ring surrounds this joint, with flat bars below pierced with slots, and a small ring above. A double chain is clipped onto the top ring. Another chain with jointed segments is clipped on and has a loop and (for a leading rein?). Impressed mark; 'Reg. No. 115751' and 'Steel'.
