Not wishing to be a pedant but to be clear these badges appear to be from the old FN die.

Every collectors yarn I’ve heard about Mr Morrison centred on him being in the possession of genuine dies. This is obviously anecdotal but the distinctive shape sliders colloquially dubbed Morrison sliders appear mostly on old FN die badges.

My England / Made in England album shows a selection of every one I’ve identified to date.

I’m of the belief the ‘England’ v’s ‘Made in England’ are different stables.

I'm not to sure they are burnt, may be just not finished and not looked after in the factory.

Luke. What do you think of the top General Service badge with a 'Morrison' slider but 'MADE IN ENGLAND' on body of badge? Would that not tie the two stables together?
