Can anyone identify these for me please? I think they may be from Brunei, possibly.

by analysing the wreath design and style and comparing with an embroidered variants, it is possible its an arm badge for Warrant Officers. The colour suggests they are for the Royal Brunei Land Forces. WO1 uses the badge on the right. WO2 uses the badge on the left.
