Default Busby Badge

Not my area can anyone id this Busby badge? Its two piece KC Royal Coat of Arms GM. Lugs damaged and replaced as have the pins that originally held the Coat of Arms to the ball.

Royal Scots Fusiliers... I think...... but the neck of the grenade looks small and the flame/fume looks too straight.. not twisting to the left?

Hi Mark. It is an officers glengarry badge to the Royal Scots Fusiliers c.1902 to 1952..probably WW2 or later. It looks like someone has polished it to blazes ! Regards Jeff
