Hello from Aberdeenshire
Now that I have reached an "over-ripe" age, my wife suggested that I take up a hobby and having collected British Military Cap Badges in my schooldays (unfortunately, all now gone), I have decided to put a toe in the water again.
As a complete novice, I am aware that there are quite a few pitfalls to avoid, but would be most grateful for any advice (keep it simple please) before I start parting with my cash. |

Welcome to the Forum. I am rather new to the forum myself. Great knowledgeable members here at the Forum to help you with your collection. I personally, collect Canadian badges but wish you all the best in your quest.

Very Many Thanks! I suppose the hardest decision for me at present is to decide what I want to collect, but I think that I would like to have a stab at collecting the British Anodised Badges. I was in the British Army from 1961 until 1975 and wore a number of different Brigade and Regimental Badges during this time. I have just ordered the "No Bull" book from Chris Marsh in New Zealand, so hopefully this will point me in the right direction.
