Default Fife & Forfar Yeomanry

Can anyone please shed some light on this F&F Yeo (?) badge. Bloomers (Pg 44/281) show one as being "Copper" and c.1908-56. This one is clearly Wm, I'm fairly certain genuine and missing it's plume.

Any info on era and who would have worn this rather attractive variation?

Andy

Thanks Malc,
I thought it might possibly be an arm badge however Bloomers has the arm badge as something slightly different! I shall have to see if Dave can re-plume it?

Alll the best - Andy

I confirm it is the arm badge! The plume has obviously been broken at some point. A nice one you have here!

Just remember Andy its not the same plume as the cap badge so Dave might have trouble finding one.
