Fife & Forfar Yeomanry
Can anyone please shed some light on this F&F Yeo (?) badge. Bloomers (Pg 44/281) show one as being "Copper" and c.1908-56. This one is clearly Wm, I'm fairly certain genuine and missing it's plume.
Any info on era and who would have worn this rather attractive variation? Andy |

Hi Andy
I have seen one like this on a dealers site sold as an Arm badge. Malc http://www.gnmilitaria.co.uk/viewpho...h=12520&phqu=2

Thanks Malc,
I thought it might possibly be an arm badge however Bloomers has the arm badge as something slightly different! I shall have to see if Dave can re-plume it? Alll the best - Andy |

I confirm it is the arm badge! The plume has obviously been broken at some point. A nice one you have here!
