Thank you for all the feedback on the uniforms lads. As I said I don't have any provenance for where the uniforms came from so I bow to your knowledge.
I have also updated my auctions for the other two jackets and stated that they are incorrect. They are only 45 anyway so even for the original tunic with buttons wings etc shirt and tie that's not bad.

The miniatures were just there for show as I had the uniform on a mannequin at home so you are absolutely right.

I haven't received any offers on them so ebay might be the best course of action.

I'm always amazed that some people think that because the item was bought 20, 30 or 40 years ago that it must then be period genuine or not made up. I have also never seen a collector when selling an item and stating that they had purchased said item 20 years ago etc actually producing evidence that they had.
