No mate - the 15th Light Horse (Northern River Lancers) had a green/red triangle as their colour patch. Refer to No.461 in Keith Glyde's book.

I find it high unusual for a Light Horse regiment to wear infantry style colour patches. There is also no mention of them in the Northern River Lancers unit history book either.
