Default Bucks something?

Not the clearest photo but does anyone have any ideas as to identifying the cap badge. Bucks swan? WW1era. He lived in Buckinghamshire to old to have been on active service maybe T.F.?

I think it is Buckinghamshire Volunteer Defence Corps K&K 1600.
