Default RE RAF Support badge

Simple question, but one unanswered by Uncle Google:

Were the attached badges ever worn, if so by whom?

Thanks, Stephen.

Stephen, Being a EX Royal Engineer I can say they are RE and may have been worn by Field Squadron (Construction) RE(Fd Sqn(const)RE) and or worn by 10 Fd Sqn RE who were based at RAF Gutersloh in BAOR as Harrier support.
I served with 50 Fd Sqn(const)RE from Apr 78 to Feb 83 and our airfield was RAF Laarbruch and I can remember wearing only the 5 Airborne Brigade patch as the regiment was part of this Brigade at the time.
I do not remember any RE Squadron/Regiment wearing this patch but that does not say that one may or may not have worn it.
