Is that a combination of an O, C, R, Y and V??
I don't recognise that combination - the RV might be Rifle Volunteers.... An interesting badge.

I'd think the individual numbering very unusual on an issue badge, so perhaps an old comrades group of some sort. I'm seeing a Y in there too, so "Somebody Somebody Yeomanry Cavalry" perhaps?
