Default Signals badge on slouch hat request

Would someone be able to post or link to a photo of the Royal Aust Corps of Signals badge being worn on the slouch hat, c. mid 1960s, please? I have waded through some online collections of photos of the Signals in Vietnam with no luck in this regard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
