Cap badge, possibly Dorset?

Cap badge is Essex Regiment.

Collars and shoulder titles as above.

Likely to be 6th or 7th Battalion Essex Regiment late 1930s to early 1940s.
1/6th and 2/6th Battalions were converted and transferred as 64th and 65th Searchlight Regiments RA in 1940

In 1935 the 7th Battalion was converted to an Anti-Aircraft role and transferred to 59 AA Brigade RA.
