Lt Col Culley

Dear Friends.

Can any member assist me in advising me of any information abut the owner of the TOS on the name of Lt Col Culley

I attach a photo of what appears to be his Tam O Shanta.

Obviously Royal Corps of Signals and I assume from 32 Scottish Signal Regiment at some time.

Any clue would be appreciated.
