'ENGLAND' slip on title
Hi folks
Just spotted this photo of W.Stanley Moss author of A War of Shadows published 1952 Showing him in Coldstream Guards BD with an 'ENGLAND' slip possibly white on black. I have seen them before but have never seen one being worn. Regards Sean |

Interesting to see.
A 'Gt. Britain' title is scarce to be seen won, but more the norm. England, N. Ireland, Eire/Ireland or Scotland very unusual. Wales I've never seen. |

Interesting photograph, probably a trick of the light or camera angle but the bottom ray of the metal Capstar worn appears squared off at the base.
