Ry
You are right about article 50.... the pro EU lobby will let that fester for as long as they can ....2 years is ridiculous. The EU has already stated there is no going back.... we are "out". "Dave" gambled and lost..... and is not man enough to start the process of extraction. The longer they leave it ....the more strife it will create.

If this is happening after three days what is going to happen once the jobs start leaving, and the EU subsidy to our poorest areas stops? "Thousands of jobs are at risk in the UK after some of the world’s largest companies warned they could relocate their British-based operations on the back of the EU referendum result. The investment bank JP Morgan, airplane maker Airbus and car manufacturers Toyota and Ford all said they will review their investments in the UK after the country voted to leave the European Union." http://www.theguardian.com/politics/...-up-uk-economy "Cornwall votes for Brexit then pleads to keep EU funding Cornwall receives millions of pounds in EU subsidies every year" http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk...-a7101311.html Do you know that we do not even have anything like enough trained people to negotiate the new trade deals? So, it's going to be a slow job. In the meanwhile the Liberal Democrats are going to have dont leave/rejoin the EU in their manifesto at the time of the next election? There is a long hard road ahead.

Oh dear, I fear those particular voters are likely to be a little disappointed in due course.

I was in Tesco's this morning and a there was a foreign couple in front of me at the till. The cashier said 'Do you need a hand packing your bags' and I thought, f**k me - I didn't think it would happen as fast as that

I watched "A Bridge too Far" in the Rembrandt Cinema in Arnhem the year it came out. Was it 1977?
Without taking anything away from the troops at the "front end", some of the survivors watched that film with me, we lost. As Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands said: “My country can never again afford the luxury of a Montgomery victory.”
