Default HELP WITH NAME TAG PLEASE

This is a name tag inside a 1930`s tunic , the family reckoned ??? the guy was an officer in the Great War possibly a Doctor ?

'DR.M.Power ??
Any help translating the name would be great ,many thanks

An officer named SM Power served in the RAMC during WWII on an Emergency Commission, M.S. (Master of Surgery), F.R.C.S. (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons), a lieutenant, acting colonel.
