Default British Military Administration Dodecanese Police cap badge

Good evening

Here is a new addition to my collection: a British Military Administration cap badge worn by the BMA Dodecanese Police, a force consisting largely of Greek Cypriot rank and file with British officers, which policed the former Italian colony from 1944 until they were handed over to Greece in 1947.
(It is actually a silvery white metal, not brassy yellow as it appears in my photo.)
