Parachute Rgiment Insignia
Mark,
How's it going? If you haven't been before, try the Bangor Militaria fair on 9th August. Usually a pretty good selection there. Regards John |

Hi Mark........I`m assuming I'm talking to the famous fireman of Belfast! If thats not you I`m sorry.
Put an advert on this forum someone on here helped me find a KC Para badge, then I managed to obtain two more through the forum because of my advert I am told that the cap badge can be purchased for under ten pounds at fairs.

Airborne Forces or DZ patch?
Mark,
Am not certain whether you are referring to the battalion drop zone patches (maroon, green, blue squares), or the Airborne Forces patch. If it's the latter you may want to check out my guide on e-Bay regarding forensic details to look for in a given badge. The URL is; http://reviews.ebay.com/Buyer-s-Guid...alth-Militaria _W0QQugidZ10000000003506743?ssPageName =BUYGD:CAT:-1:SEARCH:2. Hope this is of some assistance. Arnhemjim |

Now you fellas have got me going. Makes me wish I'd never left Bangor. There used to be a fella in Smithfield up in Belfast sold badges. Is he still alive and selling?

Yes, He's still there. Amazing how many extremely rare "genuine" badges he has too.
