Default SAS wing

I have not come across a SAS wing made quite like this and with remnants of paper on the reverse was wondering if this was a Pakistani copy or possibly an original theater made piece. In my reference I seen similar ones described as Pakistani made copies made for a Dutch collector. Is this one of those copies or does it have a chance of being original? Thanks in advance for your help.
