Default King's Own Regiment

Can anyone identify this badge? I think the motto makes it King's Own Regt ? But what period ? Many thanks Tim

Officer cadets Sandhurst home service helmet plate, sadly missing the red and blue enamel in the centre.
1881 to 1901.

Does anyone know where it might be possible to source an enamel centre for one of these badges ?
