Default usmc para wings
Good evening,

this badge looks like Senior para wings for USMC or USN, but on leather. Would you know who wears them ? Thank you

More likely a Honduran Senior Parachutist insignia

The USN & MC parachutist badge does not have different levels of qualification and thus there is no version that has a star above the chute.
