I didn't know whether it was worth putting one in the current Oz collection or hanging on for a bit!

They seem to be individually numbered too, by the looks.

I believe the numbered ones on ebay are prototype badges done up by a Canberra based militaria dealer.

having checked with the Command, this is a sample made by a badge dealer in Canberra, not accepted

so nice as a collectable, but not a final


I have made and desgned samples of one they like, so hopefully it gets adopted and one day we can show you
