The mailing envelopes with the recipients address with a printed label attached are rare. I paid 90 pounds, one from ebay. They get torn when the next of kin opens them, just as the envelopes that drop through your door get torn.
The brown card, four leaf storage plaque holder are not rare and you can still buy these with plaques with little or no price difference, regardless if they are with the plaque or not. 190 pounds sounds like a lot of money in my opinion, unless the other items accompanying the plaque are of some significance in the badge line. If they are not I would expect that plaque to be attributed to an officer.

Had the plaque been to a Liverpool Regt casualty I would have tried to negotiate a figure I would have been prepared to pay but knowing the dealer of old he would usually rather have items on his stall for years than take even a reasonable offer. P.B.
