Some brief comments on some of the badges shown.

I have never seen a printed Women's Land Army armlet.

The Southern Command sign with black stars on yellow is not previously recorded.

The white star in a blue circle has been an unsolved mystery for over 50 years.

The three colour flash below it was worn by Free Belgian troops in Britain.

The red and black tank sign on the same sheet as the star is that of 3rd Armoured Group and has never been seen printed before.

The four different coloured drums are also unidentified.

The Stretcher Bearer title was worn on khaki overalls by those working in wartime emergency hospitals and has nothing to do with the Home Guard.
