Default Rossall School OTC

What is the connection between the Rossall School OTC and the Loyal North Lancs Regt, if any (their badges are basically identical)? Has the Rossall badge been restruck? Thanks.

Rossall School is in Fleetwood, North Lancashire and within the recruiting area of the Loyals whose depot was at Fulwood Barracks, Preston. The OTC badge (K&K 2652) is the Rose of Lancaster surmounted by the Royal Crest and is a similar design to the Loyals but with a "ROSSALL SCHOOL OTC" scroll.
There are many other OTC badges that follow the design of their County Regiments but with a different scroll.
Sorry can't tell you if it has been restruck - other OTC badges certainly have.
