Default Display Quandary

Have just rigged my pre 1881, 1st and 2nd VB display cabinets.

Am not 100% happy with the end result, I'm not sure that they look right. Are the badges too cramped? Do the shelves look a bit cluttered? (I appreciate the photographs are not good and the flash doesn't do the badges justice).

I could ask my wife for an opinion but doubt I would get a meaningful response so thought I would throw it open to the views of the forum.

Any thoughts? Ivan
