Default Rhodesian Armour?

Hi, what is the large Rhodesian A/C badge? also is the armoured car badge Zimbabwean?

Hi,

The large badge is Rhodesian Armoured Car Regt. While I do not know for sure that it is an actual headdress badge , I would assume it's for a track suit or other sporting clothing. I have never seen one like this. I have seen the small black onolive green one worn on the flap cap (mostly worn by Support Squadron). Most badges worn by the Regt. were silver anodised aluminium or a white metal Sable's head.

The other badge, is a Zimbabwean worn on coveralls.

The big cloth RhACR badge was worn on the black 'tank suit' ie one piece cammo overall dyed black.It was worn on the right breast.I had one of these,immaculate,you could just make out the cammo pattern coming thru the black,nice.
