Going through my spares/traders box, I found this title. Positive id? I will be selling this.

If you search internet BMP brass title on internet there is a reference to Northern Rhodesia badges & BMP title but on going to the page I cannot find the title in the huge list of badges - Ray

I think that it may well be a Basutoland Mounted Police title. It is quite similar to 3616 in Owen's book ( The Military Badges and Insignia of Southern Africa )

Sorry, didn't make my response clear. I am thinking, given the material that it came with, that it is from Southern Africa.
