One more for Id...
Last one from this tidy up.
Again, this patch came from a lot that a Canadian peacekeeper brought home, probably Bosnia. (But no guarantees). This patch is black felt, with the "R" and circles in a sort of rubbery material.

Hi Bill,
I have one almost identical to this, if indeed it is not the same, and was led to believe it was a Polish boy scout badge! (I did receive it from a Polish Boy Scout in 1995). Not sure where it is, I will have it somewhere, if i can find it i'll post an image for comparison. Best wishes, Wooffy

Sorry ....haven't managed to find the one like yours (it has to be here somewhere!) but I did find a similar one. This I traded/swapped for some badges with some Polish scouts who were at a large international camp in Clumber Park, near Nottingham in the UK. In 1994/5. They told me it was a scout one, but I can't recall what it was for, certainly looks to be from the same series as yours. Regards, Wooffy
