Hi Martyn,
It is an Officers Foreign Service Helmet badge for the white helmet worn 1883-90 (Bennett 262). PM sent, cheers Dean

It is one of three purpose made Foreign Service Helmet badges the Officers of the Worcestershire Regiment wore across the Victorian period. It is interesting that’s the Worcestershire Regiment has one of the most extensive range of different pattern Other Ranks collar badges during the Victorian period and a number are shown in my post of Victorian Line Infantry badges https://www.britishbadgeforum.com/fo...ight=victorian.
