BCN - Possibly Banque National du Canada? Their security people?

Newfoundland has always been policed by the Newfoundland Constabulary / Royal Nfld Const., so not likely them. The Dominion Police were organized in 1868, after the assassination of Member of Parliament Darcy McGee, to guard the Parliement Buildings in Ottawa and later the naval dockyards in Canada. After WWI they were taken into the Corps of Military Police as a civilian branch of that unit, so that's a nice early badge.

My one handed photography skills with a cell phone are quite lacking!!!

It has a KC on top... so post 1901 I would guess.

As for the BCN CBN.... I will inquire with the bank's archives.
