Morning badgecollector, These are Canadian Forces breast badges. The fouled anchor is Maritime Command, the lamp of learning, Training Command, and the anvil, Materials Handling. (Not sure of the exact name for the last one, but someone will correct the designation.)

They are Command Badges in the usual nomenclature.
I can't really shed any more light on the last one... They are modern, I know the Training Comd badge is still worn, can't say for sure about the others... |

I can not positively ID the last badge, however the first two have been positively identified.
I should know the last one, as my father has one in his top dresser drawer. He also wore the Training Command Badge for a period of time. I have the Maritime Command Badge on a Unification Tunis that belonged to a Canadian Navy Chief Petty Officer. To me these badges are a very interesting topic to which I would love to learn more about.

The last badge is Assistant Deputy Minister Materiel - aka ADM Mat.
Some of the units that fell under ADM Mat were Canadian Forces Cryptographic Maintenance Unit (CFCMU), Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment (AETE), and Land Engineering Test Establishment (LETE). Last edited by Phillip Herring; 05-11-08 at 07:48 PM. Reason: Spelling |

Clive has included some information about command badges in the new edition of Distinguishing Patches, soon to be released. I think that there are around 12 badges that fit this category. They are:
There may be more, and the designation may not be exactly correct in this list. |

I'd add to Bill's list:
2. Name is ADM(Mat) 5. Name was Supplementary Radio System (obsolete) 7. Communications Command as an organization is obsolete, badge now worn by ADM(IM) 10. Training Command as an organization is obsolete, badge now worn by the Canadian Forces Support Training Group (CFSTG)
