The nearest thing I have to that is a WW1 picture frame with an enamelled metal bar at the top in Kings Liverpool Regiment colours .
I also have a number of examples of the cloth arm badges worn by the Kings, in the same colour combinations ( definitely worn in WW2 and possibly in WW1 ) by some of the Liverpool battalions. I don't know if the item on E bay is a sweethearts item or a regimental arm badge that didn't need sewing on to uniform I suspect it is the first but others may know better P.B.

Flash
It could be Royal Armoured Corps or possibly Suffolk Regt.

It is a type of sweetheart badge, with regimental ribbon for the Middlesex Regt, it says it on the back, I have one similar for the Wiltshire Regt, I've seen others too.

I have seen similar badges with WWI medal ribbons on them.

Hi,
As has already been said, these badges were sweethearts; they covered a range of regiments and corps, each with the identity printed in a cut out on the reverse. The regimental ribbon was displayed behind a rectangular piece of bevelled glass surrounded by a gilt frame. George |

Can anyone help
AJP & Co. Ltd was used as a silver mark between the wars by AJ Pepper & Co Ltd, Birmingham. Maybe they also made these souvenirs.
Perhaps Silver tourist can tell us more? Stephen. |

Quite an interesting description for the Middlesex Regiment on the stable belt site:
http://www.stablebelts.co.uk/ As has been said The Suffolk Regiment wore a flash in the regimental colours of red and yellow ( attached is from "Badges on Battledress" ) P.B.
